Services

You can trust the team at B&D Precision to deliver the best quality results. Our team of precision micro welders can form welds into complex and intricate shapes to specified tolerance.

Micro Laser Welding

Micro Laser Welding is a very precise process used to perform delicate welds. Not all applications are suited for laser welding, but when it is needed there is no better solution. Utilizing the most advanced laser equipment enables us to control distortion to a minimum.

Micro TIG Welding

Micro TIG welding is an arc welding process with a wide range of capability. Almost any type of material can be used to TIG weld. Such as stainless steel, copper, titanium molybdenum, phosphor bronze etc.

CNC Lathe

Computer numeric control (CNC) machining is a process that automates the operation of machining round components via precisely programmed computer commands. CNC Precision machining can produce numerous types of complex parts and components with a high degree of accuracy.

CNC Milling

CNC milling is a specific form of computer numerical CNC machining. Milling is done by, removing material from the surface of a work piece. A milling cutter is a rotary cutting tool that will sometimes have multiple cutting points. Milling creates many small cuts, by spinning the cutter at high-speeds and moving material through the cutter slowly.

JIG Grinding

JIG grinding machines very complex holes and shapes into a metal. The highest degree of accuracy and finish are required. JIG grinding operates by high-speed air spindle rotating a grinding wheel. This allows other fabricated parts to move into and out of the final piece or to interact with other components in the part without any restrictions on the movement.

Surface Grinding

Surface grinding produces a very flat surface and is a manufacturing process which moves a grinding wheel relative to a surface in a plane while grinding wheel contacts and removes a minute amount of material. When surface grinding, a very accurate thickness tolerance is specified.

O.D. and I.D. Grinding

The grinding that occurs on the external faces or outside diameters of an object is frequently called OD grinding. This is done by the periphery of the grinding wheel. On the other hand, ID grinding systems are used to grind the inside diameter of an object.
